I want to have Phoenix Recycling collect my curbside recycling every other week for a charge to be quoted on the first invoice (typically $18 for a residential account). I will put only the recyclable material listed on the website out for recycling. I will put the material out the night before the scheduled collection date. I understand that if I don't and Phoenix must return, there may be a surcharge. I understand that expected volume is 2 medium sized garbage cans, or the equivalent, and that there may be a surcharge if the volume drastically exceeds these parameters. Route map, schedule and material will be communicated via www.PhoenixRecyclingNOLA.com.

I will receive a quarterly bill, but may opt to pay monthly.
